FPS Wellness Clinic
FPS Wellness & Education Clinic located at Owl Creek School offers physical and mental health services to all students, faculty, and staff of Fayetteville Public Schools. The clinic is located on the east side of Owl Creek School. As an affiliate of Community Clinic of St.Francis House and Ozark Guidance Center, the Wellness & Education Clinic offers these services to be accessed during school hours for the convenience of the students, staff and families. Beginning in the 2012-2013 school year we will begin to serve Owl Creek families as well.
Parents or guardians who do not have health insurance are encouraged to enroll their children in the Wellness Clinic. Assistance is available for those who need help applying for the Arkansas Children's Health Program (ARkids). We accept patients who are uninsured, or those with private insurance, Medicaid, or ARKids First as payment for services.
