Fayetteville Public Education
The Fayetteville Public Education Foundation is a private nonprofit foundation dedicated to enhancing the quality of public education in Fayetteville. Since its creation in 1992, FPEF has distributed more than $3.0 million in grants for projects in the Fayetteville Public Schools, and has created a permanent endowment of $2.5 million. Our vision is to underwrite excellence in the Fayetteville Public Schools by providing students, kindergarten through twelfth grade, with nationally competitive educational experiences designed to help them reach their full potential. The Foundation distributed $168,446 in grants and $13,971 in scholarships for a total of $182,417 to be awarded to our students and teachers for the 2012-2013 school year.
Many of you may have received a phone call or postcard from Harris Connect requesting updated information for an Alumni Directory. Harris Connect is a company that the Foundation has partnered with for over 15 years to help us keep our alumni records up to date so that we can help you with your reunion planning! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call the Foundation office, but we can assure you that Harris Connect is a reputable business working on behalf of the Foundation.
